Each February for the past 7 years, we have helped to remind women to give themselves some self-care, self-love and self-compassion. It is entirely complimentary and our hope is that these gifts help to sustain you throughout your year, reminding to gift yourself with love each and every day.
Here’s how it works:
Sign up and immediately receive the Love on Yourself Workbook that will give you tools, idea and a plan to put in place to give yourself self-care each day of the month.
Commit to giving yourself simple, loving acts of self-care each day of the month of February.
As soon as you sign up, you’ll be registered to win weekly prizes. Each Monday, winners will be announced at 12 Noon CST on a pinned post on Sarah’s Whole Woman Wellness Formula Facebook Page! Follow now to see if you won!

Winners that have a physical product will be contacted by email for a mailing address. If winner doesn’t respond to email within 7 days of contact, prize will be given to another winner.
