What is SomaYoga?
SomaYoga is a therapeutic modality that offers pain relief, better mobility, and better stability in your body. It helps you find the still center within yourself and uniting your Soma: Body, Mind and Spirit.
The practice is deeply relaxing and the movements are small and slow, which makes it a perfect exercise for all bodies - no matter your physical strength, flexibility, age, shape, size, or gender.
How does it work?
We begin with an intake session of 90 minutes. Together, we’ll discuss what you are holding onto within your whole system –body, mind, and spirit. Then, you will have a guided, slow and quiet SomaYoga session. Follow-up sessions are an hour in length.
You can choose to do the session in-person if you live in the Twin Cities, or online and in the comfort of your own home.
At the end of each session, you should feel relief, release, and have information as to what is causing pain, tightness, or stress.
