I did it myself for years as an athlete and trainer. Thinking that if I only got fit enough that I’d finally be at peace. It never happened – I was always left wanting. Because diet and overexercise causes more separation from your body.
Then I heard a voice of truth:
You are a gift, and your body is a gift. Treat it as such.
This truth changed my life. I realized that my calling is to help other people transform themselves through deep self-compassion and self-trust because that is where real change begins.
It’s through this compassion that you can find freedom, self-acceptance, and self-love for your whole self. It liberates us to deliver our gifts into the world from a place of ease.
I developed Whole –A Formula for Wellbeing because I want to see what a beautiful world we can create when we approach our lives and our work with compassion and love.
